Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a senior digital leader to own customer-facing platforms including e-commerce storefronts, CMS, and self-service portals. You will drive strategic plans, security governance, AI enablement, and end-to-end digital customer experience.

The role consolidates E-Commerce and Customer Enablement leadership, overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams to deliver commercial growth and reliable platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Software Development experience in senior digital leadership roles.
• 7+ years of Software Development leadership experience leading large teams.
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications in digital leadership or enterprise architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the security posture of all platforms within scope; embed security standards.
• Define and own strategic vision for e-commerce, driving digital revenue and conversion.
• Oversee customer self-service platforms and account management experiences.
• Lead teams of internal and external technology resources; manage vendor relationships.
• Meet operational targets, SLAs, and budget requirements.
• Review and enforce enterprise and architectural standards with Engineering/Architecture/Security.
• Develop leaders and ensure senior leadership bench strength.
• Lead development of technical standards and ensure architectural compliance.
• Manage testing cycles for quality business solutions.
• Engage with external resources and govern contracts and performance.
• Design and work with complex data models.
• Foster diverse ideas to create better solutions and services.
• Communicate strategy to executives and non-technical audiences.
• Drive AI-assisted development and responsible AI governance.
• Handle HR duties: hiring, training, addressing issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
