Waters Corporation seeks a Digital Service Product Owner to shape and grow our digital and customer-facing AI capabilities for Field Service Engineers and customers. You will own the roadmap, translate user needs into practical features, and partner with global teams to boost instrument uptime and service value.

You will drive adoption, measure impact, and help differentiate Waters Service offerings with scalable AI-driven solutions that improve customer satisfaction and service outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience with digital products or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in global service or field service preferred.
