Celanese's Chemille is seeking a Digital Product Owner to own the end-to-end roadmap for the AI-powered Chemille ecosystem, guiding vision, strategy, and delivery of AI capabilities that drive value and user engagement.

The role requires strong product management fundamentals with hands-on experience in LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation, plus the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate across developers, designers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Comfort with usage analytics and KPI measurement.
Excellent prioritization and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar tools.
Basic UX/UI and web technologies knowledge.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, goals, and success metrics for Chemille.
Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with user needs.
Prioritize backlog based on value and feasibility.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Developers, UX/UI Designers, AI Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
