Qualifications

• 15+ years in a global corporate setting with a focus on data products in industrial sectors.
• 10+ years as a data science product owner / data product leader in process/manufacturing domains.
• Certifications in leading data/AI or cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and/or product ownership (CSPO, SAFe) are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data science, engineering, product, and commercial teams to identify high-value optimization opportunities and lead enablement of capabilities that improve chemistry optimization, process stability, throughput, and sustainability.
• Scale and reuse autonomous-control use cases across verticals.
• Ensure autonomous chemistry control delivers measurable value through a prioritized portfolio, defensible value cases, and governance for scalable productization.
