Job summary

SandboxAQ is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for ChemSim, its AI-driven materials discovery platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and commercial trajectory across verticals including Catalysis, Batteries, PFAS, and Magnets, while delivering on CHIPS Act milestones and building a product-led growth business.

You will lead a team of PM ICs, shape go-to-market, pricing, and packaging, and collaborate with platform PM to align capabilities with contractual and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ years leading teams
• Deep domain expertise in materials science or related field
• Experience shipping AI/ML-driven platform products at enterprise scale
• Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS, API governance, security and compliance
• Experience building B2B go-to-market strategies and pricing
• Bachelor's in CS or Engineering; MBA or equivalent business leadership

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ChemSim product strategy, roadmap, and milestones
• Build and lead a 3–4 PM ICs team across verticals
• Collaborate to define platform capabilities for milestones
• Define go-to-market, pricing, packaging, and segments
• Manage strategic partner relationships with fabs and OEMs
• Define metrics; drive OKRs and course corrections
• Represent product voice to DOC/CRDO and customers
• Make build-vs-buy/partner decisions for engines and tools
