SandboxAQ is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for the ChemSim division, leading strategy, roadmap, and commercial growth of the AI-driven materials discovery platform. This role oversees CHIPS Act milestones and expands into adjacent verticals while building a product-led growth business.

You will manage a team of PM ICs across verticals, partner closely with Platform PM, and own go-to-market, pricing, and packaging decisions to transform government-funded R&D into durable revenue.

Formación

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading teams
• Strong domain expertise in materials science or related field
• Track record shipping AI/ML-driven platform products at enterprise scale
• Experience building and executing B2B go-to-market for technical software
• Comfort translating unclear problems into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• MBA or equivalent business leadership and P&L experience

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end ChemSim product strategy, vision, and roadmap
• Lead a team of 3-4 PM ICs across verticals (Catalysis, Batteries, PFAS, Magnets)
• Define platform capabilities with cross-functional partners
• Own commercial strategy: GTM, pricing, packaging and customer segmentation
• Build strategic partner relationships with fabs, OEMs, labs, suppliers
• Define metrics for contract performance and commercial KPIs
• Make build-vs-buy/partner decisions for engines and tooling
• Represent product voice to government and commercial stakeholders
