HCL Technologies Limited seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with clients, turning ambiguous business problems into working software rapidly. You will own the outcome end to end, prototyping, integrating, hardening, and leading a small team to ship and sustain solutions with AI/GenAI as a force multiplier.
Responsibilities include conceptualizing fast solutions with stakeholders, driving delivery efficiency, and applying prompt engineering to ensure high-quality, production-grade results
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on full-stack delivery.
- Experience with integration patterns, DevOps/DevSecOps and test automation.
- Conceptual fluency in AI/GenAI and ability to use AI tools in delivery.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, client-embedded settings and communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or leading small teams.
Responsabilités
- Embed with client stakeholders to frame and prototype fast solutions.
- Own delivery efficiency metrics and drive ROI.
- Engineer with AI leverage to boost pod productivity and quality.
- Develop and deploy agent-based automation for delivery/workflows.
- Lead a small team (3–4) and raise engineering bar.
- Ensure secure, standards-based integrations into client ecosystems.
