HCLTech is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in the United States (New Jersey) to work embedded with clients, turning business problems into working software rapidly. You will own outcomes end-to-end, prototype quickly, and lead a small team to ship and sustain solutions using AI/GenAI, with security and Responsible AI at the core.

Qualifikationen

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with full-stack delivery.
• Proven experience in standards-based integrations, DevOps/DevSecOps and test automation.
• Conceptual fluency in AI/GenAI and using AI coding assistants.
• Ability to conceptualize solutions quickly in ambiguous, customer-embedded settings.
• Client-facing maturity translating tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams.

• Conceptualize fast by embedding with stakeholders and prototyping quickly.
• Own efficiency by driving measurable delivery and operational improvements.
• Engineer with AI leverage across the SDLC to boost productivity and quality.
• Apply agents and automation to automate delivery workflows and reusable patterns.
• Ensure reliable AI output through prompt engineering and context practices.
• Integrate to standards with secure, pattern-based integrations into client ecosystems.
• Promote reusability and repeatability by building assets and templates for the pod.
• Prototype and iterate quickly with fast, testable experiments over big upfront design.
• Own DevOps and DevSecOps: CI/CD, shift-left security, infrastructure-as-code, testing.
• Run a continuous feedback loop with telemetry and client input to iterate the solution and AI behind it.
• Stay ahead by adopting emerging AI concepts and bringing field learnings back to practice.
• Lead and mentor a lean team of 3–4 and raise the engineering bar.
