Citi in New York is seeking a Cybersecurity Product Manager (AI & Security Ops) to own end-to-end product management for major security platforms within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

You will translate analyst needs into user stories and roadmaps, govern vendor relationships, and collaborate with AI governance teams to ensure compliant, AI-enabled security workflows across Citi's security operations.

Competenze

• Broadened experience in enterprise product management with roadmap ownership and vendor accountability.
• Hands-on cybersecurity ops experience in SOC, IR, threat hunting, or insider threat.
• Experience applying AI concepts to security workflows and tooling.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end product roadmap for major security platforms with multi-stakeholder input.
• Maintain a clearly prioritized backlog and define OKRs, KPIs, and AI-specific metrics.
• Translate analyst needs into user stories, journeys, acceptance criteria, and specs including AI-assisted workflows.
• Identify AI use cases and translate them into actionable product requirements for security ops.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities with evidence of model validation, performance benchmarks, and drift management.
• Accountability for vendor relationships, governance forums, and contractual obligations.
