Citi, a leading global bank, seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Product Manager (AI & Security Ops) to own end-to-end product management and enterprise delivery of major security platforms. You will align multi-stakeholder needs, drive roadmaps, and govern vendor relationships in a complex environment.

The role requires hands-on cybersecurity operations experience, enterprise product discipline, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into secure, reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in enterprise product management for cybersecurity platforms.
• Hands-on cybersecurity engineering and SOC exposure.
• Experience evaluating AI security products and vendor claims.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product roadmap for major security platforms.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog with OKRs, KPIs, and AI metrics.
• Translate analyst needs into user stories, journeys, and specifications.
• Document AI use cases and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities with evidence of model validation and drift management.
• Lead governance forums, QBRs, and SLA/contract adherence with vendors.
• Collaborate with AI governance teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Perform Product Owner duties in Agile/Scrum ceremonies across streams.
• Coordinate UAT across customer groups and ensure AI feature benchmarks.
• Drive platform adoption with change management and enablement sessions.
• Present platform health and AI performance to leadership.
