Job summary

BNY seeks an AI Security Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for security capabilities enabling safe, scalable AI across the enterprise. You will align product initiatives with governance, identity, and lifecycle controls while partnering with cybersecurity, engineering, and legal teams.

The role requires translating risks into practical requirements, building secure-by-design workflows, and delivering measurable impact across BNY's platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across product management, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Hands-on engineering/architecture background with credibility with technical teams.
• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud, identity, governance functions.
• Strong AI/ML and GenAI concepts knowledge.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and deliver complex enterprise products across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI security capabilities.
• Translate AI security risks and control requirements into product requirements and backlog.
• Partner with security, engineering, data, legal, risk, and governance teams to deliver secure capabilities.
• Drive development for AI platforms, agents, model integrations and workflows.
• Lead cross-functional execution from concept through pilot, launch, and scale.
• Establish feedback loops with users and security teams to improve effectiveness.
• Track market developments and regulatory changes relevant to AI security.
• Communicate roadmap progress, decisions, dependencies, and risks to senior stakeholders.
