Job summary

Kai is hiring a hands-on digital marketer to run campaigns and channels. You will partner with the VP of Revenue Marketing to plan integrated programs, then build, launch, optimize, and report on them.

You will own execution and have a clear path to grow into strategy, leveraging AI tools to maximize impact. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize landing pages, and collaborate with sales for ABM and personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in B2B digital or demand gen marketing.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid campaigns (SEM, LinkedIn).
• Experience with a marketing automation platform and CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Campaign planning: plan integrated, multi-channel programs with content and distribution.
• Campaign execution: build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns; manage agency or contractor support.
• Email/nurture: run programs and distribute content across email, social, and paid channels.
• ABM support: help build account lists and run personalized, signal-based outreach.
• Landing pages: own forms, tracking, routing, and run A/B tests; apply SEO basics.
