Liven is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to help build the next generation of creative production. We are rebuilding the entire creative production system from research and ideation to testing, iteration, and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer insights, market research and performance data into creative hypotheses.
• Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated and produced.
• Collaborate with Design, UA, Growth and Product to launch, test and scale new concepts.
• Evaluate ad performance beyond CTR and CAC, derive actionable optimization insights.
• Continuously explore new formats, angles and narratives.
