Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience with strategy, business analysis, product or program operations, data and analytics, or AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex topics and collaborate with business, technology, and risk partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports one or more strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions.
• Defines the business problem, identifies issues and implements a planned approach for one or more initiatives.
• Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives.
• Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with more senior team members to develop and deliver presentations.
• Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended solutions.
