Job summary

You'll collaborate across teams to translate complex regulations into practical solutions, including agentic AI workflows, and support external audits and regulatory examinations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in compliance/audit/regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of AML laws and regulations incl. BSA and OFAC.
• Experience designing or governing AI workflows in compliance or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead API compliance strategy development and implementation to meet legal/regulatory requirements.
• Provide AML/CFT guidance to cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Create, document, and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
• Review, challenge, and approve risk records and policy breaches.
• Prepare reports for governance committees with trends and recommendations.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations with readiness and clear control presentations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Drive AI-enabled innovations to scale GRC processes while balancing regulatory needs.
