As a Compliance Manager within the 2nd line North America Risk and Compliance Office, you'll be instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance for API, with a primary focus on financial crimes compliance. This role requires a resilient compliance professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, innovative solutions—including the application of agentic AI to scale and modernize GRC operations. Candidates must demonstrate hands‑on experience designing, deploying, or governing agentic AI workflows in a compliance or risk management context.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
