Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Preparation: Analyze product, customer, and digital experience data to identify trends and insights; assist in preparing datasets for analytics, reporting, and personalization; support data cleansing, transformation, and validation for data quality.
• Digital Platform & Data Integration Support: Document data flows and integration points between platforms and digital apps; analyze APIs and data feeds; collaborate with engineering to ensure data is accessible across experiences.
• Agent Communication & Execution Readiness: Define standards for Agent Communication Protocols (ACP) and API readiness; partner with engineering to expose endpoints for AI agent interaction; ensure feeds support real-time decisioning (inventory, pricing, shipping logic); build scalable frameworks for AI-assisted transactions.
• Retrieval & Indexation Optimization: Optimize structured data for RAG environments; collaborate with GEO and content teams to align semantic and markup layers; reduce friction between presentation and structured layers.
