Qualifications

• Experience serving high-net-worth clients at private banks, RIAs, or similar institutions.
• Daily use of AI tools in client-facing work to drive value.
• Strong ability to build and optimize onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated discipline in documenting standards and improving workflows.
• Comfort collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance client experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership and initiative in fast-moving environments.
• Hold Series 65, or Series 7 + 66 compliance qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage prospective clients to create a steady flow of opportunities.
• Guide customers from initial conversation through onboarding and setup.
• Own the customer relationship end-to-end, building trust, adoption, and growth.
• Lead onboarding from invitation to live setup with clear momentum.
• Ensure customers realize full value and adapt as needs evolve.
• Establish a client-facing operating model with scalable processes.
• Build CRM workflows, pipeline reporting, and service tools.
• Collect feedback and translate it into product roadmap input.
• Set standards and culture for the client team that follows you.
