Job summary

Business Knowledge Services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support Power BI, data warehousing, ERP, MES, and AI-enabled analytics in a manufacturing and distribution setting.

You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design data solutions, and deliver dashboards that improve operational performance, supply chain visibility, and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and BI reporting.
• Experience with ERP and MES in manufacturing and distribution.
• Knowledge of ETL, AI analytics, and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5+ years of experience supporting Power BI, Data Warehousing, ERP, MES, and AI-driven analytics within a manufacturing and distribution environment. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver reporting and data solutions that improve operational performance, supply chain visibility, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience integrating data across ERP and MES platforms and leveraging modern BI and AI technologies to drive business insights

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements while serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams


• Design and support Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and data warehouse initiatives by working with ERP, MES, and other enterprise data sources


• Collaborate with development teams on data modeling, ETL processes, AI-enabled analytics, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements to enterprise reporting solutions


• Support data governance, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, end-user training, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience


• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, enterprise data warehouses, and business intelligence reporting


• Experience supporting ERP and MES systems within manufacturing and distribution environments, including production, inventory, supply chain, and warehouse operations


• Knowledge of ETL processes, AI-powered analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar modern data platforms, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
