Corridor, a California-based AI-native employee benefits brokerage, is hiring account managers who become trusted advisors. You will manage client relationships end-to-end, from first contact to enrollment and renewals, while leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks and improve outcomes.

We seek candidates with 3+ years in employee benefits brokerage, deep knowledge of small group products, and a client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years servicing employee benefits clients at a brokerage.
• Knowledge of small group insurance products (fully insured, level-funded, PEOs, self-funding, HSA, fringe benefits, ICHRA).
• Proven ability to renew and retain client relationships; handle renewals and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from first call through enrollment and every renewal.
• Close inbound demand and convert opportunities into clients.
• Design and implement renewal strategies with carriers using AI tools as needed.
• Provide feedback to product team on AI tools and service improvements.
