You will leverage AI daily to absorb research, synthesize insights, draft materials, and coordinate follow-through, so leadership can think bigger and move faster.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing, agency, events, research, or a related field.
• Genuinely AI-native: you already use AI daily and push it further.
• Exceptionally organized, able to track and prioritize many moving pieces without dropping any.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Curiosity about consumer culture across drinks, beauty, sports, music, and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Extend the Leadership team: manage information flow, prep, and follow‑through so nothing slips.
• Coordinate experiential, creator, and cultural programs across timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Find the signal: research trends and synthesize into a clear point of view for Cogent.
• Operate AI as a Partner: build prompts, workflows, and lightweight agents to speed output.
