Job summary

Yahoo Ads is seeking an AI Portfolio Operations Manager to scale how the field works with AI by governing the systems, rhythms, and governance around the portfolio and Business Builder ecosystem. You will support ~200 business users, turn field demand into reusable solutions, and partner with the Product Manager to determine what is worth building and scaling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program management, adoption, operations or similar.
• Hands-on use of AI/GenAI tools to augment workflows.
• Owns portfolio outcomes and governance without bottlenecks.
• Data literacy with AI tools or dashboards to measure results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and scale the Business Builder ecosystem from general app to power user.
• Own AI portfolio outcomes: demand, adoption and measurable value.
• Prioritize work with Product Manager based on business impact.
• Manage peer-review system to meet SLAs and quality before field rollout.
• Enforce governance for quality, safety and compliance.
• Drive distribution, change management and tool uptake among users.
• Own the AI Hub as the go-to destination for tools and resources.
• Monitor portfolio health and engage PM support when needed.
• Lead enablement touchpoints and share success stories to keep the builder ecosystem active.
