• Credible with VP Engineering, CDO, and Chief AI Officer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts across Houston and Texas, driving retention and expansion.
• Manage executive relationships and run quarterly business reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and shape proposals/SOWs for new and existing engagements.
• Translate ambiguous client needs into well-scoped engagements and support discovery calls.
• Lead portfolio management across service models like Talent on Demand and Embedded Teams.
