Qualificações

• Ten+ years in technology delivery, portfolio management, product management, or solution engineering.
• Experience leading multi-program portfolios in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Hands-on technical depth in AI or GenAI with demos/prototypes to validate approaches.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, or automation solutions in regulated environments with risk/governance.
• Strong executive communication and financial management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and leads a delivery team aligned to a portfolio and mentors Delivery Leads.
• Manages and improves portfolio operations and governance processes, escalating risks and roadblocks.
• Builds relationships with business and technology executives across organizations, including Compliance and Risk.
• Defines vision and creates the portfolio roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Provides status updates and reporting to leadership on outcomes, delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
• Manages portfolio financials, P&L, and performance.
• Ensures adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Leads the horizontal AI/agent delivery program from intake to production, redirecting to deterministic solutions when appropriate.
• Evaluates AI platforms and accelerates adoption with prototypes/demos.
• Owns annual and multi-year funding plans and business cases for the portfolio.
