Job summary

Horizon Institute for Public Service seeks a Program Associate/Program Manager to support the AI Policy Leadership Network and other senior policy programs in Washington, DC. You will manage the full program cycle, from outreach to speaker coordination and evaluation, working closely with partners and internal teams.

Eligible candidates may be at the Associate or Manager level, with 1–4+ years of policy/program experience; higher experience may be considered for the Manager level.

Qualifications

• Candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and high quality work.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage complex deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional written communication across diverse audiences is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end program cycles for AI policy leadership initiatives.
• Lead outreach, recruitment, speaker communications, and event planning.
