The Foundation for American Innovation (FAI) invites applications for an Artificial Intelligence Policy Team Intern for fall (Sept–Dec) at our Washington, DC office. This in-person internship (with possible temporary remote option) is open to both full- and part-time candidates and pays $20 an hour.

Housing is not provided; you must arrange travel and housing and bring your own laptop. Interns will support AI policy research, prepare briefs and outreach materials, and can pursue an independent

Responsibilities

• Support the team\'s ongoing research, policy analysis, and coalition work, contributing to briefs, memos, and outreach materials.
• Develop and pitch an original research project with your director and policy team, and carry it to a publishable or finished deliverable by the end of the program.
• Assist with team events, coalition initiatives, external outreach, and other team needs.
