Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, logistical and project‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics for program convenings and workshops (venue, A/V, catering, space).
• Coordinate visiting fellows program, onboarding, scheduling, travel.
• Assist with podcast production, show notes, and social media clips.
