Job summary

Schneider Electric's People.AI program seeks a PMO Specialist to manage day-to-day operations, governance, and reporting across Service Operations and countries. You will work as the Program Director's right hand, ensuring the portfolio stays on track with clear status, risks, dependencies and value realization.

Collaborating with AI Product Excellence, Adoption and Finance teams, you will prepare executive-ready reports, track procurement activities including Coupa, and help streamline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• PMO or portfolio management experience in a complex org.
• Strong analytical skills with financial tracking experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills; comfortable with Copilot for reporting.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations and stakeholders; prepare agendas, pre-reads and executive summaries.
• Maintain program risk tracker and actions with assignments and deadlines.
• Prepare materials for the Program Director to keep work moving and on schedule.
• Track project status, milestones, and dependencies across use cases.
• Support procurement activities, including Coupa and vendor follow-up.
• Produce executive-ready reports covering status, risks, adoption and value.
