Job summary

Go.AI is seeking a results-oriented strategist to own and execute strategic projects under the Chief of Staff, laying the foundation for a PMO within Operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and streamline workflows to accelerate delivery.

You will identify risks, monitor complex project plans, and ensure compliance while delivering high-quality outputs. You will shape project governance, tooling, and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, public health or liberal arts.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, project management or strategic operations roles.
• Proficient in resource management and logistics.
• Detail-oriented, problem-solver and quick learner with strong leadership abilities.
• Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience in regulated industries or familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus.

• Own and execute strategic projects at the direction of the Chief of Staff
• Lay the foundation for a Project Management Office (PMO) within the Operations department
