EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead PMO-driven product delivery within the Americas OCTO - PAD team. You will drive ANDE/Agile ceremonies, governance, delivery plans, and reporting across multiple workstreams.

You’ll partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine the backlog, align roadmaps with delivery, and foster continuous improvement of ANDE processes while ensuring on-time results.

Formación

• 5+ years leading PMO or project delivery roles.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and governance.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ANDE/ Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retros).
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones.
• Support RAID, governance and executive reporting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and PMO processes.
• Refine backlog with Product Owners to deliver business value.
• Coordinate product roadmap planning for delivery-aligned strategy.
• Ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for dev.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics.
