Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager with PMO and Agile expertise to support the ANDE/Agile delivery within the OCTO PAD team in the Americas. You’ll drive ANDE/Agile ceremonies, governance, and multi-stream delivery while collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering and business stakeholders.

In this role you’ll administer Jira, track delivery metrics, refine the backlog, and ensure timely outcomes. EY offers strong compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or delivery leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and governance.
• Experience with Jira & Confluence dashboards, reporting, and workflows.
• Experience with PMO processes, RAID, governance and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting product development and Agile delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress and delivery metrics; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Support resource planning, RAID governance, and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and PM processes.
• Refine and prioritize the product backlog with Product Owners.
• Coordinate product roadmap planning and alignment with delivery.
• Facilitate backlog refinement; ensure well-defined user stories.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics; report progress.
• Operate as Flow Master within the ANDE framework.
