Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to support ANDE/Agile delivery within the OCTO PAD team. The role focuses on driving Agile ceremonies, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams in the Americas region.

You'll partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and align product roadmaps, leveraging Jira and Confluence to track progress and ensure on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project/Program Management or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and governance.
• Proficiency with Jira & Confluence dashboards and reporting.
• PMO processes, RAID management, governance, stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting product development and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retros).
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting.
• Track sprint progress and delivery metrics; provide status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for milestone delivery.
• Support resource planning, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and PM processes.
• Refine and prioritize backlog with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate product roadmap planning aligning strategy and delivery.
• Conduct backlog refinement; ensure user stories are defined and estimated.
• Track milestones, releases, adoption metrics; report progress.
• Operate as Flow Master in ANDE framework supporting roles.
