Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to join the Americas Office of CTO (OCTO) – Product and Architecture Delivery (PAD) team. You will drive ANDE/Agile ceremonies, support governance, and ensure delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, refine backlogs with Product Owners, and report progress to executives, maintaining Jira boards and metrics for timely, value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or delivery leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and governance.
• CSM/PSM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer Jira boards, dashboards, workflows and reporting.
