Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager with strong PMO, product delivery, and Agile expertise to support the OCTO PAD team across the Americas. You will drive ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain governance, and manage delivery plans with Jira, reporting progress across multiple workstreams.

The role requires experience with Agile product delivery, backlog refinement, and collaboration with Product Owners, UX, and engineers to deliver customer-centric solutions. A CS M/PSM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric products.

Responsibilities

Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.
Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Coordinate product roadmap planning to align strategy with delivery; facilitate backlog refinement and ensure user stories are well-defined.
Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics; provide visibility into progress and outcomes.
Operate in a Flow Master capacity within the ANDE framework to support roles across product, architecture, and engineering.
