Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Research Services Manager - Operations, AI Platforms to lead evaluation, testing, and implementation of AI-powered research services. You will develop testing protocols, coordinate pilots, collect feedback, and advise on adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
• Master’s degree or J.D. is preferred
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum seven (7) years of cumulative experience

Responsibilities

• Assess new functionality and enhancements to AI research platforms and make activation decisions based on business and security needs
• Evaluate emerging AI research technologies and support platform selection and implementation
• Coordinate vendor due diligence and security reviews with Global Security & Risk Management
• Serve as operational liaison with Innovation & AI, Litigation Services, AI Services, and TI&S teams
• Promote effective work practices and teamwork
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential information
