Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking a Research Services Manager - Operations, AI Platforms in the United States. The role leads evaluation, testing, and implementation of AI-powered research platforms, coordinating pilots, collecting feedback, and providing implementation recommendations.

Hybrid work eligibility is offered with locations in New York or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree (JD or master’s preferred), and strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
Master's degree or JD preferred.
Minimum of six years of relevant professional experience.
Minimum of seven years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

Assess new AI research platform functionality and enhancements, evaluating performance.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate AI technologies and support platform selection and implementation.
Coordinate vendor due diligence and security reviews with IT and Risk teams.
Act as operational liaison with Innovation & AI, Litigation Services, and other TI&S teams to manage AI platforms.
Promote effective work practices and teamwork while protecting confidential information.
