Job summary

At Atlassian is seeking a Strategy and Business Operations Principal for Rovo and AI, partnering with the AI org to drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence across the company. You’ll own initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring insights inform leadership and roadmaps stay aligned with business priorities.

You’ll collaborate with product, sales, marketing, data science and finance teams, using a range of AI tools to accelerate work and deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in high growth software/tech in BizOps and/or consulting
• Comfort with ambiguity and a structured decision-making approach
• Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to leverage a range of AI tools to accelerate work
• Deep sense of ownership and willingness to run independently
• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for technology

Responsibilities

• Map fast-moving innovations in the AI space to impacts on company-wide priorities and roadmaps
• Drive strategic and data-driven decision-making and inform business decisions through thorough analysis and insights
• Lead and manage key operational processes to crystallize long-range planning, short and medium-term plans, and OKRs/frameworks
• Own and drive business reviews to inform Rovo & AI leaders and Atlassian’s executive team of progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, sales, marketing, data science and finance
