Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a Manager, Customer Success Architects (AI) to lead a team focused on adopting Atlassian's AI platform, Rovo. You’ll own operational health, hire and coach talent, and ensure high-value, scalable customer engagements from onboarding to measurable production outcomes.

You’ll work across product, engineering, and sales, shaping playbooks, capacity planning, and adoption metrics while representing customer success externally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services, consulting, or SaaS implementation.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale, billable services portfolios and teams.
• Knowledge of PMP, Agile, ITIL frameworks.
• Experience building executive-level customer relationships and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Customer Success Architects (AI).
• Own pod-level capacity planning, engagement assignments, and delivery quality.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface product friction and influence roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, CS Managers, and Sales leadership to prioritize engagements.
• Represent TAS in cross-functional forums and contribute to cases, events, and community engagement.
