Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an AI Platforms Analytics and Governance Lead to monitor AI platform usage, optimize consumption, and drive business value across GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise AI agents.

You will build governance policies, forecast AI spend, and deliver executive dashboards while partnering with security, legal, and compliance teams to balance innovation with risk management.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in data analytics, database management, statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise AI platforms including GitHub Copilot and OpenAI.
• Define platform standards, governance policies, and model consumption guidelines.
• Develop budget guardrails and cost allocation strategies.
• Create consumption forecasting models and executive dashboards.
• Identify optimization opportunities including prompt engineering, prompt caching, model routing, token reduction, context window optimization, RAG optimization, batch processing, and agent orchestration improvements.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; collaborate with security, legal, privacy and compliance teams.
