Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML or GenAI concepts and use cases.
• Strong discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, backlog hygiene, and release execution.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed enterprise.
• Curiosity and learning agility to absorb new domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, outcomes, and roadmap aligned to business priorities and platform strategy.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, adoption, and sunset.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog.
• Drive product operating rhythms: sprint readiness, prioritization, releases, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with platform engineering, architecture, security, operations, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise value.
• Ensure AI products align with responsible AI principles, security, and privacy.
