Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Software Engineer (Data) for their Midtown Manhattan office to advance the production AI platform used in private credit investment operations. You will work with investment, investor relations, and operations teams to design, build, deploy, and support AI systems used across the firm.

Responsibilities include extending the memo pipeline, automating DDQ processes, and developing retrieval infrastructure with strong emphasis on provenance and verification of outputs

Qualifications

• Experience with LLM application patterns, agents, and vector search.
• Proficiency with AI development tooling and verification of generated code.
• Track record of designing, building, and shipping production software.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend production AI systems (memo pipeline, DDQ automation, retrieval over documents).
• Develop provenance tracking, source attribution, and review workflows.
• Build and maintain agent infrastructure (harnesses, skills, subagents, tool integrations).
• Manage projects end-to-end from design to production support.
• Translate investment workflows into reliable tools with cross-functional teams.
