Job summary

OneTrust is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to join the AI Center of Excellence. You will maintain the health, reliability, and security of AI platforms, integrations, and solutions as adoption scales across the enterprise.

In this role you will configure connectors, monitor performance, provide first-line incident support, and coordinate deployments from development to production. The candidate will partner with stakeholders to ensure governed, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical operations, platform administration, systems integration, automation, AI technologies, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI, automation, integration, or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, OAuth, service accounts, webhooks, connectors, authentication, and permissions.
• Experience coordinating changes across development, test, and production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
• Experience monitoring platform health, usage, and cost trends.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and risk awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to secure, governed, and compliant operations.
• Experience with AI architectures, MCP tethering, A2A automations, and AI testing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration support for AI platforms and related environments.
• Configure and monitor connectors, access, indexing, authentication, and performance for reliable AI experiences.
• Provide first-line support for incidents and issues; diagnose, resolve, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate migrations across development, QA, and production environments.
• Plan and validate tests, releases, and post-release support for feature enablement.
• Triage incidents and conduct root-cause analysis for outages and failures.
• Monitor usage and costs; generate reports and implement guardrails.
• Maintain configuration records, runbooks, and compliance documentation.
• Support onboarding and training for users and stakeholders.
• Enable platform features in line with standards and security controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and delivery efficiency.
