Job summary

Healthleap is building an AI operating system to help care teams identify missed patients in real-time. As a founding member of the product team, you will report to the CEO and collaborate with hospital partners, engineers, and clinicians to define problems, build prototypes, run pilots, and scale use cases across partner hospitals.

You will spend regular on-site time at our SF partners, shaping product strategy, prioritizing work, and driving adoption in a fast-growing healthcare AI startup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience taking a difficult problem from zero to adoption.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and grow.
• Creative and resourceful in finding information that is hard to come by.
• Engineering background or CS/Engineering degree.
• Willingness to spend regular time on site at partner hospitals.
• A plus if you have built consumer products, founded a company, or worked in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the next use case from day one to deployed workflow with partners.
• Define problems and the solution with the founding team and partners.
• Build prototypes quickly, run pilots, and scale across hospital partners.
• Select problems to solve for clinicians and users who are hard to reach.
• Define success metrics before pilots and ensure accuracy and safety with clinicians and data scientists.
• Validate assumptions with data and prototypes you build.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging discussions and develop a repeatable playbook for future use cases.
