Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end programs across performance and benchmarking within our AI/ML Platform Services organization. You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Capacity, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure performance, stability, and readiness for researchers, engineers, and enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years experience managing large cross-functional programs in cloud/AI infrastructure.
• Strong fluency in distributed systems, GPU/accelerator infra, and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to define metrics and drive outcomes in performance and reliability.
• Excellent communication with engineering, product, and infrastructure stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end programs for performance and benchmarking across infrastructure.
• Verify new hardware platforms, clusters, and software environments meet standards.
• Operate benchmarking frameworks to measure model performance and GPU utilization.
• Coordinate dependencies across platform engineering, capacity, product, and GTM.
• Establish release readiness processes, risk management, and post-launch reviews.
• Create dashboards and cadences to improve performance visibility and readiness.
• Prioritize bottlenecks and benchmark requests with stakeholder alignment.
• Clarify objectives across ambiguous programs and track execution milestones.
