Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or related work experience.
• AI, data center, server platform, or high-performance computing experience.
• Technical domain expertise in Power and Performance including system bring up and power measurement methods.
• Ability to drive teams toward long-term goals and milestones.
• Proven skills in handling complex situations and driving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a Technical Program Manager to next-generation server platforms within a matrixed organization across multiple SoC and IP teams and global locations.
• Ensure alignment across PnP, SoC, IP and SW teams to drive efficient use of power and performance insights.
• Define and manage program requirements, scope, priorities, schedules, and deliverables with teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and leverage AI to achieve peak efficiency.
• Bring up and ramp team on tooling to track milestones and trends.
• Coordinate PnP platforms’ supply and demand across teams within program constraints and priorities.
