You will automate complex workflows, integrate with enterprise apps, and deliver production-ready agentic solutions using LLM frameworks, RAG, and secure data practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration with business stakeholders, and rapid iteration to drive real business impact in healthcare technology workflows.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience desired.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with Python and LLM tooling is essential.
• Experience in healthcare/EMR integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain agentic AI systems for enterprise workflows.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and enterprise integrations with CRM/EMR systems.
• Implement HIPAA-aware development practices and RBAC controls.
• Evaluate agent performance with observability and cost-monitoring.

We're currently seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents and multi-agent systems that automate business processes, integrate with enterprise applications, and execute complex workflows with minimal human intervention. This role works closely with business stakeholders and product teams to create production-ready agentic solutions using modern LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and enterprise integrations. HIPAA awareness and data security are core to this role.

Daily Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Develop multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases including insurance reconciliation, clinical record summarization, and procurement automation
• Implement reasoning, planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities within agent systems
• Connect agents to enterprise systems including CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), EMR systems, internal APIs, databases, and SaaS applications
• Build RAG solutions using company knowledge bases
• Implement HIPAA-aware development practices including RBAC, audit logging, least-privilege tool access, and prompt-injection defense
• Monitor agent performance, reliability, and cost; build evaluation and observability frameworks
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven workflows with direct input from business stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers on agentic AI development practices
