American Electric Power in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manager of AI Platforms to define and execute the enterprise AI platform strategy and roadmap. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering secure, scalable AI services across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will establish platform standards, governance, and cost optimization while partnering with Architecture, Security, Data, Infrastructure, and Governance teams to drive practical AI enablement across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of technology experience; 4-6 years supervising teams.
• Proven leadership in enterprise AI, ML, cloud, or platform engineering.
• Experience with AI platform governance and security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the enterprise AI platform strategy and roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI platform engineering and operations team.
• Establish platform standards, architecture patterns, and operational best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI platform capabilities and determine how they fit within the enterprise tech ecosystem.
• Lead the engineering, operation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms.
