Qualifications

• 10+ years building production software and architecture.
• 3+ years owning the technical direction of a team or a significant platform.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and enterprise deployment.
• Experience with cost, latency, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture for LLM-based systems across Sales, Service and Supply Chain.
• Deliver systems into web, in-app chat, email and SMS channels.
• Turn business problems into engineering plans with early value.
• Develop safety guardrails and access controls for enterprise AI.
• Own MCP tool interfaces and contract-based integration with business systems.
• Lead across time zones and mentor engineers.
