Job summary

Reddit is seeking a leader to own the vision for applied AI across its business and technical functions. You will set the technical direction and turn strategic ideas into scalable production capabilities.

You will build AI applications, agents and workflow automations, translating complex business problems into AI-native solutions while mentoring engineers and shaping architecture and engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software, including AI applications.
• Experience with MCP, APIs, and enterprise identity patterns.
• Strong production LLM experience with evals and monitoring.
