Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a curious, hands-on intern to help build AI organizational infrastructure across 50+ markets. You will interview local offices, prototype workflows, Claude skills, and retrieval systems on Endeavor's enterprise AI stack, delivering real capabilities used by nearly 500 colleagues worldwide.

This hybrid internship in New York City runs June 7 to August 13, 2027, pays New York State minimum wage of $17/hr, up to 40 hours/week, with three days per week at Endeavor Global HQ in

Qualifications

• Interviews with local offices to map workflows and identify infrastructure needs.
• Prototype AI capabilities and retrieval features on enterprise stack.
• Create templates, playbooks, and documentation for self-serve tooling.
• Support knowledge capture and institutional memory from meetings and interactions.
• Define success metrics and contribute to AI Registry.

Responsibilities

• Discover What Teams Actually Need: map workflows and identify shared capabilities.
• Build Reusable AI Capabilities: prototype agentic workflows, Claude skills, and retrieval features.
• Create the Enablement Infrastructure: templates, playbooks, and starter kits.
• Support Knowledge Capture & Institutional Memory: turn interactions into actionable intelligence.
• Govern and Evaluate What You Ship: define metrics and ensure auditability.
